Antonio Dimitri began his culinary journey in Italy as a pizza chef. Later refining his expertise in Italian cuisine and advancing to roles as Chef and Executive Sous Chef in renowned restaurants worldwide. Passionate about innovation, he blends creativity with seasonality in his culinary philosophy, offering a unique gastronomic experience that celebrates authentic Italian cuisine at Scappi. Dedicated to sustainability, Antonio ensures every ingredient is utilized to its fullest, upholding a zero-waste kitchen policy. His approach delivers an inspired and impactful interpretation of true Italian gastronomy, featuring seasonal dishes crafted with the finest ingredients.
